Located 600 meters above sea level, the vines grow in iron rich Llicorella or slate. Whole Berries including ripe stems are slowly fermented with wild yeast for 29 days in concrete vats. After this, the wine is aged for 20 months in clay pots (amphora) and demijohns. Gamey purple fruit, rose, slate aromas. Wild and concetrated flavors with black Garnatxa fruit, wild rosemary, savory nettles, lavender, mustard seed, slate and soil. This is serious wine loaded with complexity!
